These terms govern your use of ClayInsights at clayinsights.co.uk. By accessing or using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. ClayInsights is currently in beta, and features may change or be unavailable from time to time.

1. Using ClayInsights

You may use ClayInsights for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• copy, harvest or systematically extract data from the site, or attempt to reproduce the database it provides;
• use the site in any way that disrupts it, interferes with other users, or attempts to gain unauthorised access;
• submit content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringes anyone else’s rights.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that takes place under your account. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

3. Information and accuracy

Classifications, scores, event results and other figures shown on ClayInsights are obtained nightly from publicly available sources and are provided for general information only. We make no warranty that this information is accurate, complete or current. Figures may differ from official records, and you should always treat the relevant governing body or shooting ground as the definitive source before relying on any figure.

4. User content

You retain ownership of reviews, ratings and other content you submit, but you grant us a licence to display and use it as part of operating ClayInsights. We may remove content that breaches these terms.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClayInsights is provided “as is” and we exclude all warranties. We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or the information it presents. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the service develops. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
